Customer: “Everything looks great Julie, but I think I am going to wait a while before I purchase.”
Salesperson: “Look Steve, of course waiting is a reasonable option and I am not here to pressure you into making a decision. However, a few important things happen while you wait that you may not be considering. May I share them with you?”
Customer: “Please do.”
Salesperson: “One, you and your family still need this vehicle. Two, it is costing you and your family enjoyment and satisfaction by not having the vehicle. And three, nothing changes when you leave here, except supply will go down and prices will go up. I suggest you wrap this up now, so you and your family can start taking advantage of the new _____.”
