Customer: “What’s my interest rate going to be Julie?”
Salesperson: “Steve, we have access to every bank across the nation Steve. Who do you use?”
Customer: “Local Utilities Credit Union.”
Salesperson: “We have access to them. They are a good credit union. There are only a couple of banks around that are competitive with your bank. How about we check your credit union programs against our banks and you go with whichever suits you best. Worst case we just use your credit union. Sound fair?”
Customer: “Sounds great.”
Salesperson: “Perfect,
