Customer: “I think these payments are a little too high Julie.”
Salesperson: “Tell me this, Steve. What are some reasons you could find for paying a little more than what you planned? I mean, would it be the fact the vehicles size fits your growing family, the peace of mind you get from the safety features, and the entertainment system for the kids. What reasons would you say?”
Customer: “Well it would be all of that.”
Salesperson: “Anything else?”
Customer: “I really like the way this vehicle looks.”
Salesperson: “Anything else?”
Customer: “I think that’s it.”
Salesperson: “I would have to say that those are some valuable reasons to go ahead with the purchase and allow you and your family to start reaping the benefits of all your hard work, you deserve this, wouldn’t you agree?”
Customer: “Yes, I would.”
Salesperson: “Excellent Steve, you guys are going to love your new ______. Let’s get your paperwork going so we can get you out of here.”
