Customer: “Just so you know Julie, I am not buying anything until I talk things over with my wife.”
Salesperson: “Makes sense. Let me ask you this, Steve. Does your spouse approve of the cost for your current vehicle?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “So then it is safe to say that we can go forward with this purchase, if all the costs stay the same, except that your vehicle and quality of life improves?”
Customer: “Yeah we can do that.”
Salesperson: “Perfect, then let’s make that happen.”
