Customer: “Julie, the price is just too high.”
Salesperson: “Then please forgive me Steve, I don’t normally disagree with my customers and I believe the customer is right 99% of the time. This just happens to be that 1% when the customer is wrong. When you consider all of the awards the ______ has won, including best in class, best quality, 5-star safety rating and car of the year. Then add the facts that the ______’s size fits your growing family, the peace of mind you get from the safety features, and the entertainment system for the kids. When you consider all of that, I don’t see an actual better value for you and your family, wouldn’t you agree?”
Customer: “When you put it that way, yes.”
Salesperson: “Being wrong never felt so right, huh Steve. This really is the best value for you and your family. I will get your paperwork started so you can get to enjoying your new _____.”
