Salesperson: “You are right Steve, this is an expensive vehicle, however not compared to what you are getting. You are getting a 5-star safety rated vehicle with the most advanced safety features on the market. That’s is the most important thing to you and your family, right?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “Your new ______ is more comfortable, has more luxury items, and is a huge step up from your current vehicle. Wouldn’t you agree?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “And you would have to agree Steve, all of these benefits are more than affordable for you and your family. You work hard and you deserve to treat yourself and your loved ones, don’t you?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “I believe you do also, so I am going to get your new ______ ready for an immediate delivery.”
