    Customer: “I only have ten minutes.”

    Salesperson: “Look Steve, ten minutes is more than enough time. Over the next ten minutes I am going to get you the price on the right vehicle for you. I am also going to get you down payments and monthly payments. And on top of that we will do a full professional appraisal on your vehicle, including analyzing our database to find buyers looking for a car like yours. Allowing us to pay you more for your vehicle than anyone else. Will that work for you?”

    Customer: “You can do all that in ten minutes? That would be great.”

    Salesperson: “I can, and I will. Follow me.”
