Customer: “These payments are just too high Julie.”
Salesperson: “I understand the payments are higher than you thought they would be. May I suggest we go back and look at the model I suggested earlier that would lower your payments. It won’t have the entertainment system, not all of the safety features, and it won’t have the navigation system, however it will have the payment you are looking for. What do you think?”
Customer: “I don’t want to give up all of those things.”
Salesperson: “Then may a suggest we look at this exact model, a year old, with a few miles on it, a full factory warranty and all of the features that you want.”
Customer: “I don’t want to do that either.”
Salesperson: “That makes sense, then the only thing left to do is to spend a little extra and get exactly what you want. You deserve it don’t you?”
Customer: “I do.”
Salesperson: “I agree, I will get your new ______ ready for immediate delivery.”
