    Customer: “Everything looks good, Julie, but I still need to go speak to my wife.”

    Salesperson: “I completely understand the need to talk to your wife, Steve. I always discuss big decisions with my wife too. Let me ask you a question, what will you do if she says no?”

    Customer: “She won’t say no.”

    Salesperson: “I wouldn’t think so, I am sure she already knows you’re here. And since you already know that she approves of this transaction, we can go ahead and move forward with the paperwork and save you the time of coming back. Make sense?”

    Customer: “I guess that does make sense.”

    Salesperson: “Congratulations
    Steve, you and your wife are going to love owning the ______.”
