Customer: “Julie this balance is too high.”
Salesperson: “I understand the balance is higher than you planned Steve, and the only way left to reduce that balance will be with your cash, we have done everything that we can. However, may I suggest that instead of putting your additional cash down, you take advantage of the special interest rate, pay little to no interest, pay a little more over time and use that cash to make you money. So, what do you think, put some additional cash down or pay a little more over time?”
Customer: “I will just pay a little more over time.”
Salesperson: “Perfect, I would make that same decision if I were in your shoes. Let me get your paperwork started.”
