Customer: “Julie, I like the new car, but the balance after my car is just too high.”

Salesperson: “I can see how you feel like the balance is too high Steve. Earlier I suggested we look at a _____ that is a little older, with a few more miles, and with a limited warranty. This will save you 800 – 1000 dollars, maybe as much as $1500. Do you want to save this small amount by looking at another vehicle or spend a little bit more and get exactly what you want?”

Customer: “Let’s stick with this one.”

Salesperson: “Perfect! I always believe it is better to spend a little more and get what you want than spend too little and regret it later. Congratulations.” (Reach out for a handshake)
