Customer: “I need to go home and think about this.”
Salesperson: “I appreciate that you need to think about it Steve. However, this proposal expires as soon as you walk out the door. Not that I will not want to honor the proposal, it’s just I won’t be able to. This proposal is based upon incentives we currently have in order to hit our goal. Once we hit that number, we will no longer have the incentives to make this proposal happen. With the amount of deals that we have going on right now, we will hit our goal any minute. You know you want and need this vehicle, you can afford it, and you know we are the right company to do business with. You know you are going to do this sooner or later, so why not take advantage of our incentives to hit our goal. So, what will it be Steve, it’s now or never?”
