    Customer: “Thanks, for the test drive Julie. I am going to need to talk to my spouse about this.”

    Salesperson: “Of course that’s not a problem Steve. I have to talk to my spouse about big decisions too. However, right now you don’t have enough information for the two of you to have an intelligent conversation. Let’s go get you the financial figures so then you will have all the information you need to have that intelligent conversation with your spouse. Sound good?”

    Customer: “Sounds good.”

    Salesperson: “Follow me.”
