    This topic is to discuss the Close – Make the Recommendation. Please leave your comments below regarding this close.

    Customer: “I am just not comfortable with these payments Julie.”

    Salesperson: “Well based on what you have told me Steve, I would like to make the recommendation that you buy the package just below this one. This will get you the price you are looking for and get your payments exactly where you want them to be. Or just pay that little bit of difference and get everything exactly the way you want it. Which would you prefer?”

    Customer: “I want to get exactly what I want.”

    Salesperson: “Perfect Steve, that’s exactly what I would do. I will go ahead and get your paperwork started.”
