(Make copy and return to customer) You know Steve, while I was making you this copy, I realized that if you were certain the ______ is exactly the right vehicle for you, the figures were right and I was the person you wanted to do business with, I wouldn’t be making you a copy, I would be preparing your new ______ for delivery. Which is it that you are uncertain about, the car, the money or me?”
