Customer: “I don’t know why we are doing this. I know I can’t afford this vehicle.”
Salesperson: “I understand your concerns about being able to afford the vehicle. Let me suggest that you leave it up to the bank to determine if you can afford the vehicle. You and I both know that the lender will not loan you the money if you could not afford it. Does that make sense?”
Customer: “Makes sense.”
Salesperson: “Makes sense to me too. Let’s complete the paperwork and send it over to the bank.”
