Customer: “What are my payments going to be on something like this?”
Salesperson: “Look Steve, it will depend on the amount of money you invest upfront, what your vehicle is worth, it’s payoff, and the best interest rate you qualify for. However, what are your current payments?”
Customer: “What do my current payments have to do with anything?”
Salesperson: “I would like to show you how to get into a new vehicle and keep the payments the same or maybe even reduce them.”
Customer: “You can do that?”
Salesperson: “I have before for other customers just like you. Would that work for you?”
Customer: “That would be great.”
Salesperson: “Perfect, let’s make sure this is the perfect vehicle and then I will show you how we can make that happen.”
