Customer: “How much are the payments on this Julie?”
Salesperson: “That is a great question and we are going to get you all of that information, however Steve, there are a lot of factors that go into calculating monthly payments, such as down payment, vehicle values, etc. Imagine a jigsaw puzzle. You could not tell me what the picture was of with only one piece could you?”
Customer: “No.”
Salesperson: “Exactly, that is why we need to ensure this is the right vehicle and gather a little more information, so we have all of the puzzle pieces that we need to complete the picture. Make sense?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “Perfect, let’s continue and we will put this puzzle together.”
