Customer: “Looks good Julie, but I still need to think about it.”
Salesperson: “I can completely appreciate that you need some additional time to think about this. I have taken some additional time to think in this same situation before. I just couldn’t make the final decision to pull the trigger. Something was nagging at me. I was not convinced the product was right for me. I was not comfortable with cost of the product or there was something that just was not right, and I was not comfortable telling the salesperson about my uncertainty. Let me ask you Steve, which of these is it for you?”
Customer: “I am actually comfortable with everything.”
Salesperson: “Then it sounds like you have already made your decision. Congratulations, Steve. I will get your new ______ ready for delivery.”
