Customer: “Julie, I really like this car, however I just don’t see how I could afford it.”

Salesperson: “Steve, I make a living and provide for my family by making things affordable for people just like you. That means I work for you. Allow me the opportunity to work out the numbers so they are affordable for you. If I can’t then fire me or tell me what it will take to earn your business. Fair enough?”

    Customer: “That’s fair.”

    Salesperson: “Follow me.”
