Salesperson: “That’s not a problem Steve. How about we make today an information day and get you all the information you are looking for? Such as a best price, down and monthly payments, and a value on your vehicle. How’s that sound?”
Customer: “Sounds good.”
Salesperson: “Perfect, follow me and we will get started on getting you that information. By the way, I won’t hold it against you if you change your mind.”
