Posted by Joe Caruso on December 26, 2020 at 4:41 pm

This discussion topic is to expand of the article: Do your customers remember you? In the article the following ideas were introduced as thought starters:

    • Thank them for their business
    • Send them a lottery ticket in a thank you card
    • Remind them of up coming maintenance and help set their appointments (you can ever go the extra mile and off pick up and delivery for these appointments)
    • Contact them on their birthday
    • Contact them on the anniversary of their car purchase
    • Offer to bring them lunch to their office
    • Offer to send them referral business

Use this topic to expand on these ideas and share some of your own.
