Customer: “Julie, I am just not sure about this.”
Salesperson: “Look Steve, I have done everything for you. I found you the perfect vehicle for you and your family, that fits all of your wants and needs. Including the navigation package for you, the safety features your wife is looking for, and even the entertainment system for the kids. I have done everything possible to get the figures to your budget. I have committed to servicing after the sale, with free services and pick-up and delivery. I have literally done everything possible for you and now I need you to do something for me.”
Customer: “What’s that?”
Salesperson: “I need you to go ahead and approve the sale because you and I both know it is the right thing for you and your family.”
