Customer: “Julie this is a lot of information to take in. I don’t have to make a decision today, do I?”
Salesperson: “Of course you don’t have to make a decision today Steve. Of course, you can wait, however I would like to suggest that you just get this done and over with. Look you know that you are going to do this sooner or later and you might as well get it done and over with so you can focus on things that are more important to you than this. Don’t you agree it’s time to get this decision done and over with?”
Customer: “Yeah, let’s just get this done.”
Salesperson: “That’s the right thing to do. I will get your paperwork going and your vehicle prepared for delivery.”
