Customer: “Just so you know Julie, I am not buying anything before I go to my credit union.”
Salesperson: “That’s not a problem Steve, when you go to see them, there are going to need the following information. Year, make, model, options, and serial number of the new vehicle. They will also need to know all of financial figures, such as price, taxes and fees, any discounts and rebates. As well as the value of your trade. I am sure that is all the same information you would like to have as well. Am I right?”
Customer: “Yes, I want to know all of those things as well.”
Salesperson: “Perfect, let’s keep going and get you and your credit union all the information you need.”
