    Customer: “Just so you know Julie, I plan to go to my credit union.”

    Salesperson: “That’s excellent Steve, credit unions make my job much easier. We conduct business with every credit union in the state almost on a daily basis. Which credit union do you belong to?”

    Customer: “Local Utilities CU.”

    Salesperson: “Oh they are one of the best. We have the ability to communicate with them directly on your behalf, saving you the time of going back and forth. How’s that sound?”

    Customer: “Sounds good to me.”

    Salesperson: “Perfect, follow me and we will get things started.”
