Customer: “I don’t need to drive Julie, I have already driven the car at another dealership.”
Salesperson: “I understand Steve. I know how valuable your time is and I know that you already drove the ______ at another dealership. I also know what a poor job other salespeople do. I can assure you that I will show you at least one valuable thing the other salesperson did not. And if I don’t, I will buy you lunch. Fair enough?”
Customer: “Fair enough, I am getting hungry anyways”
Salesperson: “Challenge accepted. Follow me.”
