Customer: “Why don’t you give me your business card and I will find you if I have any questions.”
Salesperson: “Of course Steve, here is my card. (Hand the customer your card) I must tell you, there is an issue with that card though.”
Customer: “What’s that?”
Salesperson: “That business card only has my information on it, and I am sure you did not come here for information about me. However, I can help you with information on the right vehicle, including price, down payments, monthly payments, and even a value on your vehicle. So, Steve, what information can I help you get today?”
Customer: “I am going to need all of that.”
Salesperson: “Follow me and let’s get started getting you that information.”
