Customer: “Julie, I just don’t think I can afford this.”
Salesperson: “Let me ask you this Steve, how do you feel about what you are currently paying for your vehicle?”
Customer: “I am ok with it.”
Salesperson: “Really, if that were the case, you wouldn’t be here. Let’s face it, you are paying $400 per month for a 3-year-old vehicle, that is out of warranty and is no longer full filling your needs. Now, for only $89 more per month you can have a new vehicle, full factory warranty and satisfy all of your needs. Sounds like you can’t afford not to do this to me. Let’s get the paperwork started.”
