Customer: “I just want to let you know up front that I plan to use my credit union, I have already talked to them.”
Salesperson: “Excellent Steve, I love working with buyers who are informed. May I ask which credit union you belong to?”
Customer: “Local Utilities Credit Union.”
Salesperson: “They are a great credit union, one of the best around actually. The other customers that I have consulted with from there have been very easy to help because they start with a good foundation of information, which I am sure you have, and then once you add in everything that I am able to provide you, making an intelligent buying decision has never been easier. Now let’s go find out what information you already have so I can fill in the blanks and make this an easy transaction for you.”
