    Customer: “Julie the price is just too high.”

    Salesperson: “I get that you think the price is too high, however Steve not when you consider that the price you are getting includes not only my dealership’s commitment to your continued satisfaction, but my 110% commitment to your satisfaction, happiness and peace of mind. Including best in class customer service in continued follow-up to serve your needs anytime, anywhere, day or night. I will be available to you 24/7. With me you will be taken care of after the sale. I am sure you agree that is very important?”

    Customer: “It sure is, I hate when I buy something from someone and the next day, they act like they have never meet me before.”

    Salesperson: “I know how exactly how you feel, and that’s why I am so committed to customer service after the sale. I would never want one of my customers to feel that way. Now let’s wrap this up so I can start servicing you after the sale.”
