    Customer: “I think you are wasting your time Julie, the total balance is going to be more than I can afford.”

    Salesperson: “I understand why you feel that way Steve, that’s exactly why we have several alternative repayment plans available to make any balance that you might have affordable. Please allow me to get one of my professional bankers to tailor a few specialized options to make this affordable to you. Will you allow me to do that for you?”

    Customer: “Sure.”

    Salesperson: “Excellent, let me makes this happen for you.”
