  Customer: “I don’t know about this Julie, I think the payments are going to be too high.”

  Salesperson: “Hey look Steve, I understand your apprehension regarding the payments, and if they are not agreeable, I would not expect you to buy from me. I am confident that my team of finance specialists will be able to provide you with alternatives and options that will make this investment both agreeable and affordable. Sound fair?”

  Customer: “More than fair.”

  Salesperson: “Excellent, now let me go get you those options.”
