Salesperson: “I understand this purchase is more money than you anticipated, however the value in the additional services that you will receive far outweigh that slight increase. After the sale you will receive your first two services at no cost to you, saving you money. I personally will pick up and deliver your vehicle when you need it serviced, saving you valuable time. And of course, I will be here 24/7 to answer any questions you may have about the vehicle to ensure you are getting the most out of the investment. I am sure you can see how all of that is worth the little extra. Just give me the ok, and I will get the paperwork completed so you can start enjoying your new _______.”
Customer: “You’re right let’s wrap this up.”
