    Customer: “I don’t want to waste my time by driving the vehicle, Julie.”

    Salesperson: “Look Steve, I understand that you feel you would be wasting your time going on a test drive. However, I would not let you consider doing business with me if you are not fully educated about what you are buying. Allow me just 5 minutes to fully demonstrate the vehicle to you and I promise to show you something of value and not waste your time. Fair enough?”

    Customer: “That’s fair.”

    Salesperson: “Hurry up and hop in, we only have five minutes.”
