Salesperson: “Steve, I think we are making this decision more complicated than it needs to be. The answer lies in just 4 simple questions, may I share them with you?”
Customer: “Please do.”
Salesperson: “Do you want the _____?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “Do you need the ______?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “Can you afford the ______?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “And are you going to do this sooner or later?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Salesperson: “It seems to me that you have already made your decision. Let’s get this done and over with so you can move on to more important things.”
