Salesperson: “I agree with you Steve that this is expensive. No one is arguing that. I can give you at least three crucial reasons for owning the ______. (Write this down) One, you are getting a vehicle that better fits your growing family than your current vehicle. Two, you are getting the most safety features available on the market with the peace of mind that goes with it. Three, you are getting the feature you and your family will enjoy like the navigation system and entertainment system. And let me throw one more in for good measure, you and your family deserve this. Now can you tell me four reasons why you wouldn’t want to do this?”
Customer: “It’s more expensive than I thought.”
Salesperson: “Anything else?”
Customer: “Not really.”
Salesperson: “Are you going to tell me that you are going to let a few dollars come between you and all of these reasons to own?”
Customer: “Not when you put it that way.”
Salesperson: “Excellent! This is the right thing to do. I will get all of your paperwork started and your ______ ready for immediate delivery.”
