Randy is president of RANDY BRENCKMAN Solutions, a training and consulting company for the Retail Automobile Industry. His company concentrates on building the synergy necessary between all dealership departments to increase total dealership profitability. By focusing on the correct metrics for the current economy, his clients realize double digit increases in total dealership profitability.
Randy was formally with N.A.D.A. During his 19-year tenure with the Association he was an instructor with the N.A.D.A Dealer Academy as well as the Director of Curriculum for N.A.D.A. University. He has been involved in more than 1,000 in-dealership consulting and training projects, has spoken at both the N.A.D.A. and A.T.D. National Conventions, conducted training for 20 Groups and has co-authored many of the Association’s publications. Randy has worked with privately held as well as publicly owned dealer groups to assist in the education and training of staff to improve overall profitability. For over 26 years he has worked directly with dozens of manufacturers, developing and conducting training programs to increase the knowledge of dealers and OEM personnel, on Financial Statement Analysis and dealership operations both Variable as well as Fixed Operations with a proven track record for improving processes and profitability.
Prior to joining N.A.D.A. in 1992 Randy was in retail for 10 years and held the position of General Manager for a Washington, D.C. area dealership group.
